To the attention of the citizens registered at the place of residence in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic!
05.10.2022A mobile service is provided at the Main Passport, Registration and Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (address: 130, R.Behbudov Street, Baku) to issue ID cards to the citizens registered at the place of residence in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, and on Saturday from 09.00 to 13:00.
For this purpose, a call must be made to the Main Passport, Registration and Migration Department of the MIA on the phone numbers 012-590-64-31 and 012-590-64-43 every day from 9:00 to 19:00 and a special number must be obtained for reception at the agreed time by registration beforehand.
