Citizens living in Baku and other regions of the Republic of Azerbaijan, registered in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic as their place of residence, can apply to ASAN Service Centers for the replacement of expired, lost, invalid ID cards, as well as replacement of old generation ID cards with new generation ID cards.
