To the attention of citizens registered at the place of residence in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic!

From May 02, 2022, a mobile service will be provided at the Main Passport, Registration and Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Address: 130, R.Behbudov Street, Baku) to issue ID cards to the citizens registered at the residential place in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, and on Saturday from 09.00 to 13:00.

For this purpose, starting from April 25, a call must be made to the Main Passport, Registration and Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the phone numbers 012-590-64-31 and 012-590-64-43 every day from 9:00 to 19:00 and a special number must be obtained for reception at the agreed time by pre-registration.
