15.08.2022The identity card is issued or changed in accordance with the amount of the state duty paid by the citizen according to the law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On State Duty” within the period stipulated by the law.
State duty for issuance or renewal of the identity card:
When issued or renewed within 10 working days - 5 AZN
When issued or renewed within 3 working days - 50 AZN
When issued or renewed within 1 working days - 70 AZN
State duty for re-issuance related to the loss or damage of the ID cards to the citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
When issued within 10 working days - 30 AZN
When issued within 3 working days - 70 AZN
When issued within 1 working days - 90 AZN
State duty for the issuance and renewal of ID cards to citizens of the Republic of Azerbaijan under the age of 15:
When issued or renewed within 10 working days - 5 AZN
When issued or renewed within 3 working days - 25 AZN
When issued or renewed within 1 working days - 30 AZN
