04.12.2021From December 10, 2021, mobile service will be provided at the General Passport, Registration and Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (address: 130 R. Behbudov Str., Baku) for issuance (change) of ID cards to citizens registered at the place of residence in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on Mondays-Fridays from 09:00 to 18:00, and on Saturday until 13:00.
For this purpose, starting from December 8, people must call the General Passport, Registration and Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on 012-590-64-31 and 012-590-64-43 in advance every day from 09:00 to 18:00, be registered and obtain a special number for reception at the time agreed.
Reception of citizens on the basis of special numbers will be carried out in accordance with the requirements of the current special quarantine regime.
