08.01.2021From January 7, 2021, a mobile service will be provided at the Main Passport, Registration and Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Address: 130, R.Behbudov Street, Baku) to issue ID cards to the citizens registered at the residential place in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
For this, a call must be made to the Main Passport, Registration and Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the phone numbers 012 590 64 43 or 012 590 64 31 every day from 9:00 to 19:00 and a special number must be obtained for reception at the agreed time by pre-registration.
Reception of citizens on the basis of special numbers will be carried out in turn, guided by the requirements of the special quarantine regime.
In this regard, the citizens are asked to come to the Main Passport, Registration and Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs within the permitted period by sending an SMS to 8103 number to obtain a permit to leave the residential place and location.
Access to the administrative building will be provided by requiring the use of personal respiratory protection equipment, subject to social distancing.
