To the attention of citizens registered at the residential place in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic!

From July 1, 2021, a mobile service will be provided at the Main Passport, Registration and Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs (Address: 130, R.Behbudov Street, Baku) to issue (renew) ID cards to the citizens registered at the residential place in Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on Monday-Friday from 09:00 to 18:00, while on Saturday to 13:00.

For this, a call must be made to the Main Passport, Registration and Migration Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the phone numbers 012 590 64 31 or 012 590 64 43 every day from 09:00 to 18:00 and a special number must be obtained for reception at the agreed time by pre-registration.

Reception of citizens on the basis of special numbers will be carried out in turn, guided by the requirements of the special quarantine regime (subject to social distancing, requiring the use of personal respiratory protection equipment).
