About penalty envisaged in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Azerbaijan citizens accepting the citizenship of a foreign country

According to the Article 318-2 of Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan about the penalty envisaged in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan for Azerbaijan citizens accepting the citizenship of a foreign country:
“In case the Azerbaijan Republic citizen, who has accepted the citizenship of a foreign country, fails to provide a written notice to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs or the State Migration Service within one month, he or she shall be punished with fine from three thousand to five thousand manats or with public works for three hundred sixty to four hundred eighty hours”.
