28.03.2018

By the order of the management of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the provision of mobile services for the issue of identity cards and the replacement of overdue documents with new ones continues in the cities and regions of our country.

According to the Lankaran regional group of the press service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Registration and Personal Identification Department employees of Lerik DPD continue to take measures based on the request of residents from remote settlements that can not to come to the center of the district for certain reasons and at the same time to ensure the satisfaction of citizens. Despite the destruction of roads of Bursulum, Venedi, Zeyneko and other surrounding villages, which are located 70 kilometers from the center of the district and were considered to be the most remote settlements of Lerik by the mudflows coming down from mountains, our employees, having overcome all the difficulties of these roads, have properly fulfilled their official duty. During the meeting with residents from these villages, totally the documents of 85 people were accepted.

At this time of year the mudflows coming down from mountains destroy the roads of Bursulum, Venedi, Zeyneko and other surrounding villages located 70 kilometers from the center of the district and considered to be the most remote settlements of Lerik, washing out and mixing them with mud. Even such cars like "UAZ" and "Niva" hardly move on these roads. However, police officers, having overcome all the difficulties on these roads duly fulfilled their duty, and during the meeting with the residents from these villages accepted the documents a total of 85 people.

During the event the elderly, disabled people and people with physical disabilities were not disregarded as well. To provide 16 residents with new identity cards, police officers went to their residential addresses and collected relevant documents.
Similar events will be held in other villages as well.
