Which documents should be submitted in order to get an identity card?

A citizen who have reached the age of 16 is required to submit the following documents:
- Birth Certificate;
- Medical reference (blood type, height, eye color);
- Identity card of the applying parent;
- Reference on place of residence;
- Document from military commission for boys;
- 3 photos in 3x4;
- receipt of the paid state duty.
